This spacious Cantina apartment with fabulous views, pool and garden access, a full kitchen and bathroom is the entire downstairs of Villa Perpoli. The Cantina has two separate entrances as well as stairs that lead to the main house's gardens and pools.

The apartment has one large private bedroom and a giant "dorm" that can sleep a many additional guests. The unit has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. This custom designed kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge/freezer, garbage disposal, oven, and stove. The living room has enormous arched windows overlooking private side gardens and ruins of ancient castle outbuilding.

The Cantina can be rented will the full illa or separately.
