You can rent the entire Villa Perpoli, or just the lower level. Whether your group is small or large, Villa Perpoli has lots to offer. The entire Villa Perpoli is perfect for large families, weddings, reunions, as an event venue, or corporate retreat. For a smaller group, stay in The Cantina.
All accommodations have large living areas and access to the grounds including the solar-heated pool, a full vegetable garden, many fruit trees, and a private lawn area, all with spectacular wrap around views. Additional amenities include: free wifi, use of the internet phone (for international calling), centralized heat, cable TV and Netflix, and ample parking in front of the Villa, on the lower level by the gardens, and in the main village square.
Villa Perpoli
This large villa is perfect for large families, weddings, reunions, as an event venue, or corporate retreat. The residence boasts 8 private bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 4 separate living areas and multiple outdoor dining and lounging spaces. The spacious veranda on the main level provides a picture perfect outdoor space for enjoying a glass of wine, a meal, and enjoying the dramatic sunsets against the Apuan mountains. Two very large main rooms have held over 100 guests for parties and seated concerts.

The Cantina
The Cantina (Italian for wine cellar) is the lower level of Villa Perpoli. It can be rented separately or with the rest of the Villa. It has two private entrances, leading to the grounds and the pool. The Cantina would be perfect for a couple or smaller group wanting to experience all Villa Perpoli has to offer. The Cantina has one private bedroom and a larger dorm-style room, a full kitchen and a full bathroom.
Perfect for a family or 1 - 4 couples.
The Grounds
There are up to three outdoor dining areas. The main Villa has a large veranda on the view-facing side, a separate lawn area on the side of the property, and the pool area.
The a large 12m private pool has expansive views and a built-in, children-friendly shallow zone. The pool area has ample seating for sun bathing, a shade structure, and an outdoor shower with hot water. Pool lights allow for swimming while stargazing (we get lots of shooting stars!).
Our landscaped gardens feature terraced orchards, gardens with fresh fruit and vegetables, and a greenhouse.
